This Blood Orange Mimosa with St Germain is full of fresh, bright flavor and color. It's a stunning yet easy mimosa recipe - a lovely addition to any brunch!

Ingredients

1 ounce freshly squeezed blood orange juice Cara Cara oranges would also work well
1 ounce St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
your favorite Prosecco Champagne, or other sparkling white wine, well chilled

Instructions

Add blood orange juice and St Germain to a 6-ounce flute style glass. Top with Prosecco (pour slowly, so it doesn't bubble up and overflow) and enjoy!
